Goods kept in stock may be returned to us only by prior agreement with ourselves subject to the following conditions:
1. Must be in perfect condition.
2. Must be in complete units of sale in the original packaging, No part boxes (if applicable).
3. Notification of return must be within 3 days of delivery. Failure to do so will result in a handling charge of up to 20%. It is essential to quote our delivery note number for a credit note to be issued.
4. No returns will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.

If goods supplied by us were incorrectly supplied please notify us immediately and a full credit will be given upon receipt of the items providing they are still in saleable condition.
No claims for shortages, non-delivery or damaged goods will be considered unless received within 3 days of delivery .
