Returns Policy
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
We want you to be completely
satisfied with your Gloves n stuff purchase. However, if for any reason you are
unhappy with your goods, we will gladly accept them back and offer you an
exchange or a full refund, minus postage charges paid. Customers with items
deemed to be faulty will have postage costs refunded.
To raise a
return with Gloves n Stuff Ltd you need to:
1. Email us at sales@glovesnstuff.com
quoting:
- Customer Name
- Contact email address
- Web order number / Invoice number
- Reason for the return
2. The returns representative will then ask you for a few more details
and raise the RMA and arrange a date for the goods to be collected.
3. Once the goods have been received and checked by our returns team a
credit will be issued.
* Please note that all returns must be within 28 days from the date they
were dispatched.
** Faulty goods will only be accepted up to 90 days from date of
purchase, unless authorisation has been received from us.
Please note the accepted reasons for return below and the policies that apply
to each:
FAULTY
GOODS
A
product is "faulty" if a manufacturing or material fault occurs.
Please note that products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered
faulty.
These must be inspected by the returns team before credit is issued.
PICKING
ERRORS / INPUT ERRORS / SURPLUS TO REQUIREMENT
These
must have an RMA raised and goods returned to us WITHIN 28 days to receive a
credit.
The goods MUST be in a re-sellable condition with no external labels, writing,
or damage on the packaging.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
As well as the information above that you need to provide to raise
an RMA you will also be required to provide photographic evidence of how you
received the goods.
These must have an RMA raised and goods returned to us WITHIN 28 days to
receive a credit.
Non
Stock Items
Any
goods not stocked by Gloves n Stuff that
have been specially ordered in at a customer's request are non-returnable
unless faulty.
Customised
Items
Any
goods that have been badged and embroidered or specially altered in anyway at a
customer's request are also non-returnable unless faulty.
*Please
note that all returns may be subject to a 10% returns and re stocking charge.
If you have any other reason to return goods to us you must contact
us to discuss the nature of return.
