Safety Helmets

(20 products)

Looking for a hard hat or safety helmet that actually fits the job? Your decision boils down to three questions: what hazards you're facing, whether you're working at height, and what accessories you need integrated. This collection includes options certified to EN 397 and EN 12492 standards, covering ground-level construction through to climbing and rope access work.

What Protection Level Do You Need?

Standard EN 397 helmets protect against falling objects and penetration. But if you're exposed to electrical work, molten metal splash, or extreme temperatures, you'll need specific optional markings: 440V for electrical insulation, MM for molten metal, and temperature ratings from -30°C to +150°C. The new EN 397:2025 standard splits helmets into Type 1 (ground level) and Type 2 (working at height with lateral impact protection).

Key Features Across the Range
  • Milwaukee hard hat and Milwaukee Bolt helmet options with ratchet adjustment systems
  • Brands include JSP for specialist applications
  • Integrated slots for face shields and ear defenders – pair with helmet accessories to build a complete system
  • Secure chin straps (release at 150-250N as standard requires)
  • Ventilated models and replaceable sweatbands, or add hard hat liners for cold-weather comfort

Lightweight designs reduce neck fatigue during full shifts. High-visibility colours available for roadside and low-light environments.
