Was dubious about buying, a bag, of the beeswift mp1 gloves, as I was actually looking for an alternate brand, I've had gloves before that were all bundled together, where the rubber was too hard and the material like an old rope, the company sent them out really fast delivery, individually wrapped, premium gloves, really happy, top drawer, as these will be stored in the garage, no damp or spider issues, big thanks to George @ gloves & stuff.

Decent gloves at a reasonable price. Delivered within a good delivery window. These gloves have reasonable longevity in medium workloads.

These slim fit softshell holster trousers from Portwest's DX4 collection use a 315g three-layer stretch fabric that moves with you, keeps the wind out and shrugs off showers. They're built for carpenters, roofers, landscapers and anyone on site who spends the day kneeling, climbing and reaching.

3-Layer RipShell Softshell: A 92% polyester, 8% elastane ripstop bonded to a 100% polyester micro fleece. It's breathable and windproof, so you stay warm on exposed scaffolds without overheating when the work gets physical.

PFAS Free Water Repellent Finish: Portwest's Texpel Splash Eco finish makes rain bead up and roll off. The datasheet quotes 8,000mm waterproofing and 3,000g/m²/24hr breathability. These are water resistant trousers, though, so in a proper downpour you'll still want waterproof overtrousers.

14 Pockets: You get zip off holster pockets, zip thigh pockets, a rule pocket, a phone pocket and several side zip compartments. There's also a hammer loop, so you're not walking back to the van every ten minutes.

Knee Protection: The knee pad pockets are pre-bent, top loading and two-tier. With Portwest S156 knee pads fitted, the trousers are certified to EN 14404:2004 + A1:2010 Type 2 Level 0.
